A very good helpful course as facilitied by Lee Rafter. It was useful to learn the break away techniques. Although I'm quite anxious as a person Lee was friendly and inviting anything which needed explaining again Lee was quite happy to do, and was helpful during the practical as I felt a little anxious.

Lee Rafter was a great trainer, he was so funny and confident and made me and everyone feel at ease. He had a tremendous knowledge and his delivery was perfectly done and his past experiences were very informative and helped understand the course even deeper. The course was really interesting and my learning is invaluable. Lee was a passionate and very knowledgeable trainer with good examples of relevant work experiences . It is something that everyone should be taught in life - positivity for all .
