I found the course to be extremely informative and insightful. Liam was engaging and enthusiastic throughout the day and delivered the information in a confidant manner. Very informative and very well delivered training. Practising the techniques, and being observed and assessed by the trainers, gave me the confidence to know that I understood and was competent in each hold/redirect/breakaway technique. Trainers were very supportive.
