Ben was really engaging and made the session enjoyable. It was interesting to have an in depth breakdown into what can influence behaviour and what causes escalation. It was very useful to learn different strategies to help de-escalate the situation. Thank you very much

Was good corse and will help in everyday life and improving work environment for staff and relatives
