The course was well taught by Scott, and the practical training was excellent too. I learned so much from the training that I am confident to work with any service user with challenging behavior. This training opened my eyes and exposed me to a lot of skills that will be very helpful when working on shift. It was indeed a great one.

Liam supported all of the class very well . He explained clearly and professionally. I asked Liam about different situations and always had a good answer back .
Kept everyone engaged. Always asked for consent before making contact, checked if people where happy and understood what was expected. Lots of movement around the room. Great knowledge of the laws and examples of what to give.
