The course was well conducted. It was tailored to not only allow us as staff to put ourselves in service users' shoes but also gave us something to think about in terms of our behavior and attitude towards them. Ben was great at gamifying course material such that concepts were not only easily comprehensible but also fun.Response : Hi Remo. Ben was our tutor the first time I did the PBS training and I enjoyed it just as much this time. Ben really has a great way of delivering the course content.
