Kirstie demonstrated great passion, and the delivery was engaging throughout the course. However, during the first two days, I would have appreciated the opportunity to read through parts of the trainer’s manual independently and incorporate more of our own experiences into the teaching process, rather than going through the entire manual in detail. This would have made the sessions more interactive and allowed for greater practical application. Throughout the theory and assessments Kirstie was reassuring and thorough as was Rachel’s input and support. Feedback following the assessments was reassuring when I was feeling very nervous.

The course was very good, Very informative and Amy was brilliant. The course was not too heavy and Amy was very informative and delivered the training perfectly.

very well delivered- learning the different gradient of control was interesting- Breakaway techniques seemed unnatural at first but with practice came easier to me and is very effective where both trainers demonstated each technique in an easy to understand manor
