Final session with Lee. Only a small group of 3 but really involved with everyone and found the sessions really enjoyable but informative. I look forward to using the skills in a weird way!

I’ve enjoyed this course so much! Lee has being a great coach and has made me feel very safe and confident in this training. I can now confidently recognise signs and triggers and deescalate, and restrain safely if necessary.

Had a really good refresher course

Enjoy the course very much. Explained break away techniques in away that is easy to learn.

Brilliant! Kirsty is wonderful at this, the session was informative, fun, and educational, she really makes sure we get out of the training as possible and wants us to succeed.

The course has been good and we have been able to share what’s working and not working and then discuss ideas to help us further in our role. Kirsty is patient and kind and supported us throughout. Thank you, great course.
