Scott was brilliant, very easy to get along with & made me feel comfortable which I feel is important as we were all strangers. Scott was very clear in his presenting skills & full of knowledge. Harli is a reflective practitioner who worked with us to answer some difficult questions / scenarios we have seen in our practice at work.
