Trainer made the training very easy to memorise, felt i took all the content in really easily thanks to him, also assisted with all escapes in a way everyone could get no matter their skill. Really useful for thinking of our responses to situations. I feel it is more aimed at care staff than Acute nursing staff that potentially haven’t the time to spend with patients to achieve what we are being taught. The trainer was relatable and shared experiences which made the content more understandable.

Ben was great, listened to questions and tried to tailor the content as much as he could. The course is still a little information heavy and not always relevant to ED where I work.
