The Training enlightened me on how to deal with baseline causes of issues concerning our patients and how best to help calm the situation. Also, the training was very good and made the session very enjoyable

I have learn a lot at this course. And because I have only started work with People with learning disability I can see my mistakes u have made in my first month.
