I think that the course was very informative. This is my second year returning on refreshers the Trainer was good at taking on open discussion and peoples points of view on delivery. Nice welcoming environment.

Ben was really good at teaching the session. It was very engaging and it helped me remember that people have other situations happening in their life that cause them to get triggered more easily. He helped me realise that sometimes changing your approach to people can create better outcomes for everyone involved.
Ben was our trainer for today’s course. He was interactive and did lots of different interactive parts throughout this training. He was engaging and we had lots of breaks which was good. He was attentive and allowed time for questions and debates. He made it fun. Thanks Ben :)
