The course was very helpful, Kieran was a great trainer and explained everything in great detail and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing anything.
I really enjoyed the practical learning. Got me to understand how to properly restrain a pupil. I enjoyed the workbook and learning the basics procedures. A lot of theory overload but very understandable. Matt was a good trainer, he did well training us horizon care workers.
Liam has been excellent. Gave a thorough explanation on the course.

I have learnt two simple words to help de escalate a situation and that is' what is wrong ,?
The course and the trainers were amazing, detailed explanations and frequent breaks but a lot of information in 3 days.
Scott delivered the training really well and ensured everyone was comfortable and understood the content provided. He was also very reassuring by constantly checking and helping our techniques and gave an open space for questions. I felt I was able to understand and intake the information a lot better this time and feel I am supported.
