It was very engaging and interesting. It has made me think more deeply about human behaviours and how sometimes little things like asking “what’s wrong” can change the outcome of a situation. It has taught me that just like me, other people have also got reasons for their behaviours. It will be so helpful to apply it in my day to day life especially at work working with young people. thanks a lot!

Excellent theory practical delivery

Enjoyed the day, a lot of information but given in a way that was interactive and practicable. Had chances to ask questions and allowed to discuss points which I found very helpful. Very positive and fun day!
