The RRN training that we did with tutor Ben was very helpful and useful in our day to day work as hospital security. The techniques shown have given me an extra confidence level when it comes to restraining, as they are safe and keeps patients and myself from getting injured. The trainer - Ben has been amazing. I attended my 1 year refresher RRN training and Ben explains and teaches in a way everyone is able to understand. He is very helpful, even if you are struggling to get things right he will guide you until you are understanding perfectly. Ben also made me feel very comfortable throughout my training session.
