Very interesting and very informative and made it fun to learn and enjoyable
The course was very informative and I liked the positive behaviour approach. I thought it would be about why we restrain but it wasn't at all. I'd like to see videos, unfortunately they weren't working today for our trainer.
Good informative course that is always very useful
Great explanation with lots of different scenarios how to and when use
Response: Thank you, Lauren. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear the explanations and use of different scenarios supported your understanding.
The course was very informative and interactive.
Will be more interesting if we will add more interactive sessions. But today's lesson was wonderful and learned lots of new things
