Ben was really engaging. He made me think outside the box and where I can put PBS into practice not only in the workplace but at home. Ben made it really easy to understand and think about our own actions and how people may react. Thanks again.

Very appropriate to my work It affirmed certain things I was doing to make myself approachable and to gain rapport. Also helped me with new techniques to behaviours of concern and I will use the distraction and divert techniques a lot
The course itself was very interesting and useful to everyone working in healthcare, however it was made enjoyable by the trainer Ben. He was engaging, positive, related the learning to our experiences and made me feel genuinely appreciated and listened to.
