Sadly, the trainer haven't done my previous PBS training because now I understand PBS and I'm in care sector for nearly 20 years. Only the workbooks could change a little bit but this can be sorted quickly and haven't had a massive influence of the quality. Some more space to write notes down and maybe some more info in the workbook which was shown to us via projector. But the training and trainer... absolutely great! Amazing!Response : Hi Manuela. Absolutely fabulous training, I learned a lot from there. Definitely helps me in my work setting. Ben and Liam are excellent tutors. I will recommend for everyone.

Trainers had great energy and kept everyone engaged. Great training session and not what I was expecting at all. Some of the information I knew and was more in-depth but I also learnt about restraints, mirroring body language. About escalation and how to bring the patient back down again. Thank you

I have to say as a nurse for 30 years , this training has been the most enlightening I have ever done. I have learned so much for my future practice. Liam and Ben totally made it so interesting and if every course was presented as well as this , I am sure it would help learning
