Trainer was very knowledgeable and was really good to refresh our skills. Really understanding and made the training fun

Ben was so engaging & kept the course fun without it feeling as serious as it was. Having things kept simplified really helped me to understand it & take it in alot more than what I think I would have done if it was all big words & complete “text book”. I feel like I have learnt so much & taken more notice than what I would have done by the way Ben carried out the course.

I really enjoyed the course and would highly recommend it for anyone who works in health and social care.
