Rachel has a full understanding of our roles and difficulties that we may come across that massively helps us in the training as we can see Rachel has extensive knowledge of the role I am in and appreciate her comments and strategies to support in my role

It was my first time ever doing any physical intervention training or restrictive training and it was such a great experience. Racheal was very enthusiastic and brilliant and demonstrating the new skills. Had a great time!!
