This course is outstanding. I have learned so much valuable information on both theory and practice and I feel so passionate about changing peoples minds for the better when managing behaviours of concern in a supported living setting for adults. Improving quality of life for the people we support is essential and I now feel I can be a part of this change which I’m really excited about. Andy explained everything in such detail and related it to all settings in such an interesting and engaging way. I felt supported throughout and would like to thank the Sherwood Team. Can’t wait to get started!
