I thought Tony and roger delivered the course brilliantly. The deescalation skills have really helped change how I approach aggressive situations . The last four restraints, I have used I find really helpful. There are some I wouldn’t feel confident with. I think we should have much more training and scenarios on a regular basis. The course was so educative and relevant.

Kept the course going on good time, whilst ensuring he answered any questions and spent time individually with each individual. Very interactive and had a laugh with everyone. All the techniques are new to me and seem reasonable to follow and apply. He spent time ensuring everyone understood and knew what they were doing and why.
