I found the training delivered by Ben really helpful and informative. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everyone felt comfortable asking questions or getting involved. The Positive Behaviour Support section gave me a better understanding of how to approach challenging situations calmly and respectfully, and the breakaway techniques were taught in a clear, hands-on way. Overall, it was a really useful session that I feel will make a real difference in practice.

Ben kept me engaged through out, the teaching was very useful and skills was easily demonstrated which enabled me to learn the correct technique. Ben made it very relevant to my area of work which helped compare to real life situations and know I feel I have the knowledge to help me deescalate situations if needs be and the correct breakaway skill. I’m looking forward to completing level 3.

Every interesting and educative and great experience

This course is very great and I have learnt alot to take take back.i have have had my hair pulled before and I didn't know what to do,but now I can apply the technique I have learnt in my career.Ben was a great trainer I will definitely be back for level 3.The course was a good stuff put together.

Good refresher

Interesting course

It’s a lovely course I look forward to every year. The trainer is also very helpful and simple.

Trainer was patient. He knew how to explain to everyone's understanding. He had time to repeat issues for as long as it takes. So that we understood the restraint training.

The day was great for refreshing my training as I only do restraints and not breakaways so it was a perfect refresher.
