The trainer was very engaging and made the training enjoyable / fun whilst ensuring the serious nature of the subject matter was understood. He also paid due regard to the individual needs of all participants.

The course was amazing. Simplistic with key points emphasised without going over and over them. You can see the passion Andy has regarding reducing the use of restraint. The training is based on evidence and not theories which gives clear direction to follow.

Great content fantastic trainers! At last some behaviour and physical intervention training that focuses on de escalation and relationships before power and control, really enjoyed it and was left feeling able to trust that if I was in a situation that required physical intervention I would have the tools to do this in a dignified and lawful way putting the child’s safety and well-being first
