The course and the training were very good. The trainer was really knowledgeable and get everyone involved, which given the fact that this training was done virtual is extremely difficult.

very good training session, lots of interaction. Rachael was brilliant as always, she is very knowledgeable and knows how to extract the information she seeks very well. She is positive, gives talking time, runs on time and gets through every objective
