In one word Amazing! Matt was really good I engaged really well he understands what he’s doing and was patient when I kept getting confused.

Matt was an amazing trainer and he helped us thoroughly. Especially given that I’ve only just come out of school and learnt so much with him I’m very grateful. He was very supportive and wasn’t patronising and he helped a lot.

Matt had a lot of experience and made what could have been a very dull slideshow into an engaging three days, by sharing anecdotes and encouraging open discussions.

I feel as if I have learnt a lot on this course. The instructor was really informative, answered all my questions well, and represented all the breakaway and restraint techniques super clear which made me feel at ease while I was practicing them myself. I feel a lot more comfortable and confident now. Thank you Matt! :)
