Great training course, really insightful. Gave great skills to support customers, really excited to implement this with the team and adapt our way of working. Love how it links with LIFE and how Home Group is moving forward and progressing.

Friendly trainers with good knowledge on PBS. They made everything very clear and drilled it in to you. I know feel confident with my new skills ☺️
