I found the course good and interesting. The theories were interesting and some content I hadn’t heard before. Ben was engaging and passionate about what he teaches. Liam also lovely.

Good level of interaction, I appreciated that there were not too many ice breakers as I don’t find these helpful with learning at all. The content was detailed and relevant to my role. It has caused me to reflect on my own behaviours and I hope I will change these going forward to allow me to be a more positive practitioner.

Amy was lovely and kept your attention during the training, she was patient and friendly and made sure she was thorough with the learning to ensure we felt confident throughout the course and after.
