It's just such a powerful course, made more so by the confidence of the staff, the opportunities for discussion and the powerful real-life examples taking our context and learners into consideration. Didn’t know what to expect for today’s course, but really enjoyed it. I now appreciate the valve of asking my patients just 2 simple questions to get to know them. Room feedback - to small for the amount of people in it. Bigger room needed, felt squashed
