Enjoyed the interaction from the lecturer Leaned how to approach and treat patient with PBS

Liam is well knowledgeable of the subject and the training has added knowledge that I will apply in my working environment

Very good session Long but very good PBS training has showed me how to look out for the cues and to deesculate more effectively.

Course was really good. The course gave me a lot of insight, knowledge and understanding about different behaviours and managing them. Surely a recommended course.
