Having just come into this line of care from dementia it has opened my knowledge base and understanding. I have managed to retain the information and complete the questions with dyslexia and one of my things is retaining information though PowerPoint. Ben taught and explained it well enough for me to remember. Only trouble I had was glare from paper and board.

The training was very detailed, and was explained extremely well it was a very good class and very helpful to making me feel more secure and better trained to make the correct discussions to keep the service user and my coworkers and myself safer .
