Very interesting and informative course. Mix of formal and informal conversation kept class engaged. Very useful info for my area of work however, unimpressed by misinformation and clarity of course content provided on 1st day.

The trainer, Ashleigh Giles was fantastic. Full of enthusiasm, upbeat and kept the course going at a great pace. She always asked all participants if they were happy with content, giving them a choice whether to go over the subject matter again if necessary. Very impressed.
