Really great refresher. 3.5 hour sessions over two days on Teams worked well. Lots of info to get through and trainer made lots of efforts to get people to share and give feedback. Nicely balanced group and great engagement.

very useful - break out rooms were slightly awkward! interacting was so important so I am glad the trainer was very approachable I didn't feel out of place for raising my ideas which is really encouraging for building skills and using in my own service.

It was really informative and helpful. I was able to ask questions and feel comfortable to do so. It was amazing and full of knowledge and it wasn’t draining it was done in such a good way.
