The content was very good. I enjoyed learning the content and feel much more confident that I have more tools to tackle people with behaviours that challenge. It was useful to recap some of the content from the level one day

Jack was very good and coincise. I liked that he tried to remember everyone’s name which made it feel more personal rather than force to be there and explain stuff to us.
