I have really enjoyed the course. I've done the level 3 many times and it was great to see the other side of that. Very grateful that I can contact you if needed. Kirstie is lovely and explained everything really well. Nervous and excited to do my first training session.

Learnt real skills in delivery of the course.The trainers were very supportive and answered all quastions with practical answers i will use in the setvice Found the course relevant and will be using the skill straight away with onboarding and adapting our service
