Well paced and informative refresher course

Really understood the training; positive behaviour and conflict training had been really well taught by Fiona. I am now able to take this away and learn and understand how to progress with my service users. Restraint training was trained in a safe way and will be useful for us as staff and the service users. Really good work:) Thankyou.

Very knowledgeable. Very good at getting that knowledge across and keeping it interesting. Everything on the course was needed.

All good. Could do with more than a PowerPoint as tool due to my adhd I lost focus during longer talking periods.

Trainers knew their stuff. Dave is a funny guy and has a great way of teaching. Rebecca is very knowledgeable and both very patient. Great course
