Lee delivered very interesting training, and was very good at relating this back to real world examples and experiences. The training is highly usable in a work based setting, but also for people's own lives and relationships. I feel having a good understanding of PBS training is a very underrated skill, given the positive impact it can have on all of us, including our ability to be better at understanding how and why others are communicating as they do.
