The trainer was very good at explaining the techniques, also didn’t push me to much with my back injury kept asking me if I needed a break which I appreciated

I enjoyed the constant feedback on how we were doing and how we can improve making it safer for everyone. The constant reassurance for movements make sure everyone is in a position not to get harmed.
