Enjoyed the course, more so as the course was split into 2 different days. Kirstie was a very nice lady. Sometimes training can become repetitive as I have done PBS training numerous times due to working in care for a long time however I learned a few different things.

Handbook with visual representation would enhance knowledge if provided. The training was great and trainer is experienced not just as trainer but as someone who can relate training with life scenarios.

Trainer explained and understood any of our concerns. Course will really help to deal with most of service users and let me feel more safe everyday at work
