Great guys and always willing to answer questions we have and kept the course at a pace everyone was happy with.

Well paced and informative refresher course

Really understood the training; positive behaviour and conflict training had been really well taught by Fiona. I am now able to take this away and learn and understand how to progress with my service users. Restraint training was trained in a safe way and will be useful for us as staff and the service users.
