Really beneficial course, made me think differently about how I am in every day practice. Learnt really useful ways to deal with different behaviours and I don’t feel as nervous when facing these in the future

Ben was really lovely, super interactive and engaging session. I feel like he gave enough breaks at good intervals to break up an otherwise pretty long day.

Ben was a really good teacher and really was engaging throughout the day. I found it really interesting and learnt lots. I will be using PBT at work on a daily basis and hope it improves the relationship I have with the patients

Ben is an excellent trainer. I feel like I knew most of the content and information already but despite this, Ben’s approach and style meant it still felt like a really valuable day. Thank you for making the session enjoyable.
