This is the best training I have been on.iv got so much out off it..easy to follow and skills to help in all aspects off life really enjoyed it

Matt made the training enjoyable, understood what we needed to get from it, and kept the engagement level high (even on a sweltering hot day!)

Really good day. Room was too warm however Matt made sure regular breaks were taken to make sure all were ok
