I have done a lot of PBS training so didn't really learn anything new but it was good to have a refresher and the trainer made the learning fun. It is always interesting to listen to real life cases. The trainer is very likeable and clearly knows her subject and is passionate about it, which in turn makes us passionate. I enjoyed it

I have worked in challenging behaviour for over a decade. It was good to have training from another point of view and seeing how it has changed over the years, Lee made training productive and appropriate and relevant to our scheme. Even being new to the company he know that there is right weather what the company agree or follow own rules or not. Lee was very good trainer

Rachael has a very thorough understanding of her subjects and is able to pass this on in a patient, humorous and personalised manner. She is approachable and likeable.

Rachael was very warm and welcoming, ensured all participants felt included in the course and checked understanding throughout. Colleagues that had completed the course previously with another trainer, commented that Rachael explained the techniques in a far clearer way than the previous trainer. As a result they felt more confident practicing the techniques.
