Hannah and Rachel were both fantastic in this course. They kept my attention with their techniques and made the course enjoyable.

Both very passionate and enthusiastic, both also very knowledgeable. Clearly knew what they were talking about and have left a new starter like myself within this field feeling 10x as confident with regard to my skills as when I entered the room on day 1. Shame there wasn’t more pastries!

The course was not stilted and both trainers bought a freshness to the skills taught. As a trainer by background, both Hannah and Rachael have a natural skill and ability to “hold the room”

A brilliant 2 days spent learning from these lovely ladies, they have been patient, supportive, informative and funny. A very memorable experience, can't wait for next year.

Andy was very knowledgeable and kept the group engaged, he was very upbeat and delivered the training so it was easily understood and kept checking everyone's understanding of the topics. I personally found 3 .5 hours a bit too long especially on the second day, but that was about my concentration, not Andy's delivery.

The trainer has excellent knowledge, gave relevant examples to explain a point, was encouraging to all attendees and I would recommend this training.
