Great course! Both John and Ben had great teaching skills, made it very comfortable, very down to earth, easy to follow and made the whole assessment side of training very relaxed. Both taught the interventions with great confidence and made us feel very relaxed and confident ourselves to do it if needs be.

This course has been informative extremely easy to understand and given me confidence in my job role if ever there may be an incident I know how I am able to help using least restrictive techniques thanks jon and Ben

Liam was brilliant at explaining and when not understand Liam did amazing at rewording so I could understand. I have done care for 9 years and this training by far was the one that was most relatable. Super trainer and super training
