A thoroughly engaging and brilliant course. Ben kept the candidates engaged throughout. Good use of anecdotes, humour and reflection. Really makes you think!!
Ben is a great trainer, he had the group fully engaged and I could see the course penny dropping so to speak on the cohort Iv done this course a few times now and Ben always brings something new and keeps the group engaged from beginning to end. PBS is a fantastic tool that I use and my team use day to day without fail
