It was good to have a refresher and a reminder of the holds and how to do these correctly. The course was delivered in a way that was easy to understand and included participation which made it more enjoyable.

Great course and refresher, helps with remembering name of wrist break away. Even with a physical injury the team very helpful with showing me how to do the app the restraints.
