Intensive course with a very knowledgeable trainer that I feel has genuinely given me the skills I need to be an associate trainer. Amazing to be able to achieve this within a period of five days.

I can't wait to deliver PBS training. The course had me fully engaged this is due to the trainer delivering the content. The support and encouragement were phenominal

Fiona is really wonderful and the techniques will really help at where I work. Knowing the baseline, setting events, changes in behaviour, the steps that will help for deescaltion of a residents. Really enjoyed the training and thank you so much.
