Great course and greater trainer. Definitely going to remember that there are cues that I can look out for before the behaviour of concern becomes more serious and I can try to distract/ de-escalate verbally rather than avoid.

I found the course really informative. The course trainers were very supportive and encouraging. A very relaxed and comfortable setting to learn.
