PbS training was excellent and also learn how to use antecedent manipulation when working with the service user.

Lee rafter- I had training with Lee and honestly i learned so much and he made it fun to learn. When I first was signed up for the pbs training but he reassured me through the course days and made me confident about pbs. He had so much patience and was warm welcoming and understating that everyone was at different levels of learning things. The training was absolutely amazing. I thought it must be boring as discussing about behaviour, however, it was all the way round. Ben's explanation was really worth and wonderful 👍
