The trainer made me feel very comfortable, I felt able to ask questions and make appropriate comments

Trainer extremely knowledgeable made the training interesting with relevant experiences however theory day could be better with more role play as lots of information to retain.

I found the course interesting and interactive. I really enjoyed being able to discuss current issues and real life challenges which put my learning into a perspective I can relate to which has helped me grasp and understand the subject
