Positive guidance throughout. Not over detailed so info was taken in. Not over complicated which was really good. Lots of listening and discussions which was positive.

Brilliant course, it was great to have examples of what Ben was explaining to see how to use the skills in practice. Ben was very open and engaging and challenged us to think differently about certain things. Lots to take away and hopefully can sign up to level 2.

I really enjoyed Ben’s way of teaching, it really ensured that the whole class engaged and made training bearable. I managed to takeaway a great lot of information and retained it due to the engagement aspect proven by the quiz at the end. Thanks Ben.
